| Understanding
your business and your brand is the critical first step. We work with
you to clearly understand your immediate needs and long-term goals
to establish both the design and/or marketing issues that need to
be addressed. Our process is quite simple.
MARKETING PLANS
To accurately develop a marketing plan to meet your
needs requires work on your part prior to contacting us:
- Select a plan that you feel best fits your needs.
Need help? Wait until you talk to us and we can assist you with
that.
- Assemble product catalogs or service descriptions,
any specific information that might be relevant to the marketing
plan, and the goals you wish to achieve.
- Call us to schedule an appointment. During this
appointment we will give a solid quote on the plan you select
based on the information you provide us.
- Payment in full is required to begin work.
- Work begins immediately with the development of
the marketing plan. Upon your approval of the plan, we implement
the plan over a specified period.
CONSULTATION AND DESIGN
Web site design and/or marketing plans actually start
before we ever talk to one another! Prior to our consultation, you'll
need to complete the following tasks:
- Visit our Portfolio section and select a design
category and possibly one or two site designs that you like as
a starting point (best when they come from the same category).
If you are looking for just marketing of an existing site, you
can skip this step.
- Assemble information about your company to send
us. We will need marketing materials, product catalogs or service
descriptions, company organization, e-commerce or not, company
history, markets you wish to pursue, and key personnel (especially
those who work directly with customers or clients).
- Contact us to schedule an initial consultation
appointment. This is FREE.
- During this appointment we collect the data needed
to start putting together the proposal and/or market plan (depending
on what services you wish us to perform or propose) with a solid
quote on the work. Our process takes approximately 2 to 3 business
days to send a complete written proposal based on our conversation
of the project. (changes during the development or final stages
require an additional fee based on the changes to be made).
- Once you have accepted the proposal we must collect
half of the fees owed for the project to begin the work. The balance
is due prior to sending the final site to you. There are no exceptions
to this policy.
- Work begins immediately. Your input will be involved
in all aspects of the design from the initial development of the
initial page or pages to content development, layout, page development,
site building, and the marketing process. If you are ordering
a marketing package without design your work begins at this point.
- The complete process from initial consult to finished
product can take from 2 to 4 weeks for design projects and the
time frames listed for each marketing package.
- If you are providing content, we will need this
when we begin work after the initial page design is approved.
SITE CONSTRUCTION
We build your home page and other pages and place your
content so you'll know exactly what the finished product will look
like. We will review the site on both a Mac and PC, through Explorer,
Navigator and AOL interfaces.
REVIEW AND EDITING
You have 5 business days from the construction posting
date to review your site and make any content, icon, symbol or text
stylization corrections. At this stage, changes cannot be made to
the basic structure or navigation of the site.
The best way to get corrections to us is to print out
your new site pages, write out your corrections, and fax the pages
to us at 601-271-7866. We will make the corrections and ask you
to review the site one more time to catch small typos and errors.
This is your final review. Any changes made after this final review
will incur consultation charges at $75/hour.
